Dr. Ulrich Kirschner, CEO of SEG Automotive, cut the ribbon and launched an automated motor manufacturing line for eVehicles at Hical. Dr. Peter Sokol, the COO of SEG Automotive, joined him. Hical committed itself to be a consistently value-adding partner to SEG over the years to come. SEG said this development is only the “tip of the iceberg” in regards to the extent to which the relationship between our companies is expected to grow. It was a great day on our campus!
At the Hical campus, on July 25, 2019, we signed an agreement for technology transfer from Il-Ryung of South Korea to Yagachi, our associate company — for manufacture of Steering Components for the auto industry. Sujaya Shashikiran holds the agreement with Mr. Jang Jae-Hwan, President of Il-Ryung, in company of Mr. Park Tae-Hyun, Technology Team Business Manager. Vive la the partnership!
Thales held its Global Top Management Meet at Paris this month. An annual event for strategic planning, they invited three suppliers from across the globe — a first time. Hical was one of the three, and Sujaya Shashikiran was a speaker at a panel discussion.

Hical Technologies participated in the Thales Indian Supplier Convention during their visit to the Paris Air Show. Hical is one among the 10 proud suppliers in India to be selected, with the opportunity to exhibit its products and services at the Supplier Convention held in Thales University, France. The Convention included top delegates from various divisions of Thales.
After a successful certification audit on 23rd and 24th April 2012, Hical has upgraded its Aerospace Quality System from AS9100B to AS9100C. It’s something we had to do. We did it well.
Hical signed a strategic agreement with Vacuumschmelze, Germany, to cooperate in the manufacture of specialty Magnetics using the advanced electromagnetic cores of Vacuumschmelze. Hical is the third manufacturer of these products, after China and Malaysia, for Vacuumschmelze in the world.
